IONA JETS operates exclusively as a digital referral platform and neutral intermediary connecting clients with independent air charter brokers, certified aircraft operators, and specialized service providers across private, commercial, and cargo aviation sectors. (1) No Air Carrier Status: IONA JETS is not an air carrier, an aircraft operator, or a contracting carrier. We do not own, manage, maintain, or operate any aircraft. We do not provide air transportation services, and we do not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC). All flights requested through this platform are quoted, contracted, and performed exclusively by third-party brokers and/or licensed operators under their own operating licenses, insurance policies, and terms of carriage. (2) Third-Party Responsibility: Any contractual relationship resulting from a request submitted via this form is strictly between the Client and the identified third-party provider. IONA JETS shall not be held liable for any transport-related obligations, flight delays, cancellations, technical failures, or any personal injury or property damage occurring during or in relation to the mission. All liabilities, including those governed by the Montreal Convention or local aviation authorities, rest solely with the contractual carrier or broker. (3) Service Availability & Descriptions: All service descriptions, upgrades, and categories listed—including but not limited to Medical Evacuation (Medevac), Security & Bodyguard services, Pet-Friendly flights, and In-Flight Catering—are provided for informational purposes and reflect general industry standards. IONA JETS does not guarantee the availability, legality, or specific configuration of any feature on a particular mission. All services remain subject to final confirmation by the broker/operator, operational constraints, and applicable international regulations. (4) Data Transmission: By submitting this form, you expressly authorize IONA JETS to transmit your personal, professional, and flight data to our network of partner brokers to facilitate your request. Our role is limited to the transmission of information and the facilitation of contact; we do not act as an agent for any party unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
