Program Terms. The Cashback Loyalty Program is operated by IONA JETS, Dimitri Memleb, sole proprietorship, Cours des Bastions 13, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland. Membership is free and granted upon request to any registered client, whether an individual or an organization (including IONA JETS Business accounts); for organizations, membership, status, cumulative flight value and cashback are held at the organization level and the loyalty card is issued in the organization's name. Cashback applies exclusively to bookings made after activation of the membership. Cashback is earned on each converted Flight Request (one request equals one booking, regardless of the number of flight segments) and is credited only after the flight has actually been operated and the corresponding transaction fully settled; no cashback is due for cancelled, refunded or unflown bookings, regardless of the reason. The exact amount, up to the rates and caps of the client's status, is determined by IONA JETS in accordance with the Program parameters and confirmed at crediting. Explorer, Voyager and Ambassador statuses are based on the cumulative value of completed flights booked through the Platform, in EUR; a client holds one status at a time and, once reached, a status is retained for as long as the client maintains an IONA JETS account and the Program remains in force. Physical loyalty cards are shipped worldwide, free of charge, once the member's first flight has been completed. Credited cashback remains claimable for twelve (12) months from crediting; unclaimed amounts are then forfeited. The Program is operated in EUR: where a flight is invoiced in another currency, the corresponding amount is converted into EUR at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of crediting, so that each member holds a single balance. Balances of EUR 500 or more may be claimed at any time by bank transfer to an account held in the member's name (for organizations, an account in the organization's name), in EUR, CHF or USD at the member's choice; any currency conversion is applied at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of the transfer, and any third-party banking fees may be deducted from the amount transferred. Any credited amount approaching expiry may be claimed regardless of this threshold. A client may hold an individual membership and, separately, take part in an organization membership: statuses, cumulative flight values and cashback balances are tracked separately for each membership and cannot be combined, merged or transferred. Cashback has no monetary value outside the Program, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or sold. If a booking is cancelled or refunded after crediting, the corresponding cashback is deducted from the client's balance or from future credits. For an organization membership, cashback accrues only while the organization holds an active IONA JETS Business subscription; if the subscription lapses, the organization stops earning new cashback but keeps its status and any cashback already credited, which remains claimable under the conditions above. Cashback already credited is never forfeited as a result of a change to a subscription. Cashback is borne exclusively by IONA JETS. It does not affect, and is entirely independent from, the prices quoted by broker partners, who retain full pricing autonomy as described in our Terms of Service. IONA JETS may suspend or exclude any account in case of fraud, abuse, or circumvention of the Program rules, and may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with reasonable notice; accrued balances remain claimable under the conditions in force at the time of crediting. Any personal tax treatment of cashback received remains the client's responsibility. Personal data relating to the Program (membership, status, cumulative flight value, cashback balance and payout details) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy; closing the IONA JETS account ends the membership. The Program is governed by Swiss law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland. IONA JETS is remunerated exclusively by partner brokers in the form of a commission, upon successful conversion; clients pay no fee directly to IONA JETS at any stage of the process. The Cashback Loyalty Program is an optional advantage offered and funded by IONA JETS; it never affects the price proposed by any broker partner.
