IONA JETS acts solely as a digital referral platform connecting clients with independent air charter brokers across private, commercial and cargo aviation. IONA JETS is not an air carrier or aircraft operator and does not operate any flights; all flights are quoted, contracted and performed exclusively by third-party brokers and/or certified operators under their own licenses, terms and conditions and insurance policies. The descriptions provided on this website are of a general nature and reflect common practices and service standards within the air charter industry; they are for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee that a particular service, configuration or feature will be available on every mission. All services remain subject to operational constraints, availability and applicable regulations, and the precise conditions of your trip or shipment will be confirmed by the broker partner at the time of booking. Any transport-related obligations or liabilities rest solely with the contractual carrier and/or broker identified in the booking documentation. Comments published on Help Center pages are user-generated content and do not represent the views, opinions or endorsements of IONA JETS. Our to Join our Network
The IONA JETS broker network is open to established air charter brokerage firms that can demonstrate a proven track record, appropriate licensing, strong operator relationships and the service quality our clients expect. We accept applications from brokers covering any segment of the charter market, including private aviation, commercial group charter, airline sub-charter, ACMI wet lease and cargo logistics.
Joining the network means receiving qualified client referrals from the IONA JETS platform. When a client submits a flight request, it is routed to the broker partner or partners best suited to the mission profile. You receive the request, prepare your proposal and engage directly with the client. IONA JETS does not interfere in the quoting, contracting or operational process. Your relationship with the client is direct and governed by your own terms and conditions.
To apply, send an email to contact@ionajets.com with the following information: your company name and registered address, the charter segments you cover, the geographic markets you operate in, the approximate number of charter flights you arrange annually, your operator vetting and safety standards, and any industry certifications or memberships you hold such as IATA, NBAA, EBAA or equivalent.
Applications are reviewed by the IONA JETS team. We evaluate each application based on market expertise, segment coverage, service quality, compliance standards and the capacity to handle the range of missions our clients request. Not all applications are accepted, and we reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet our standards without obligation to provide specific reasons.
Good to know
There is no fee to join the IONA JETS broker network. IONA JETS is remunerated through commissions on successful conversions, so the cost structure is entirely performance-based. You only pay when a referred client books a flight through you.
Joining the network does not create an exclusivity arrangement. You remain free to operate your brokerage independently, accept clients from any source and maintain all your existing business relationships. IONA JETS referrals are an additional channel, not a replacement for your existing client acquisition.
Once accepted into the network, broker partners receive referrals through the platform and respond through the client portal system. Training and onboarding support are provided to ensure you are familiar with how the platform works and how client communication is managed.
The network is curated and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Broker partners are expected to maintain the service quality, responsiveness and compliance standards that led to their initial acceptance. IONA JETS reserves the right to suspend or remove broker partners from the network if standards are not maintained, following prior discussion and an opportunity to address any identified issues.
