IONA JETS is not an air carrier or aircraft operator and does not operate any flights; all flights are quoted, contracted and performed exclusively by third‑party brokers and/or certified operators under their own licenses, terms and conditions and insurance policies. Yes. Broker partners can integrate additional services into your existing booking at any point before departure, including helicopter transfers, chauffeur services, security arrangements, catering upgrades, cabin branding or VIP terminal access. The ability to add services depends on lead time requirements, operator approval, provider availability and the production timelines for any custom items such as branded cabin elements.

How are cabin branding and configuration requests managed?

Broker partners coordinate branded items, seating changes and cabin customization with the operator. All modifications require operator approval. Lead times range from one to two weeks for simple items to four or more weeks for bespoke production, confirmed during the booking process.

Can a chauffeur access the tarmac to meet the aircraft directly?

Airside vehicle access depends on airport regulations. At FBOs and private terminals, tarmac pickup is standard practice. At commercial airports, dedicated terminal access is arranged. Broker partners coordinate with airport authorities to secure the most direct transfer possible.

How far in advance should catering or special meals be requested?

Standard catering orders require 24 to 48 hours of notice. Complex menus, rare ingredients or certified halal and kosher preparation may need additional lead time. Broker partners advise on the timeline based on your specific requirements and the catering infrastructure at your departure airport.
