Cabin layout and seating configuration for your mission profile.

Different missions require different cabin setups. A corporate roadshow may need forward-facing conference seating, a family flight may require a relaxed layout with sleeping arrangements, and a VIP delegation may need distinct zones for principals and support staff. Our broker partners work with operators to identify aircraft whose configurations match your requirements, or where reconfiguration is possible before departure. Seating layouts, divan placement, table arrangements and partitions are confirmed at booking stage based on aircraft type, operator flexibility and available lead time.

  • Conference and meeting layouts: Broker partners source aircraft with forward-facing club seating, fold-out work tables and cabin configurations suited to in-flight meetings, briefings or working sessions for corporate groups.

  • Rest and sleeping configurations: For overnight flights or long-haul sectors, broker partners identify aircraft with lie-flat seats, berthing divans or dedicated sleeping areas that allow passengers to arrive rested at destination.

  • Zoned cabin arrangements: For delegations requiring separation between principals, staff and security, broker partners source aircraft with distinct cabin zones, curtain dividers or bulkhead partitions suited to the group structure.

Corporate branding and event-themed cabin elements.

A charter flight can be branded to reflect your corporate identity, product launch theme or event messaging from the moment passengers board. Customization ranges from simple branded items such as headrest covers and napkins to more extensive treatments including digital screen content, printed menus and amenity kits. Our broker partners coordinate these elements with the operator and production suppliers, managing lead times so branded materials are ready before departure, subject to operator approval, aircraft compatibility and production timeline.

  • Branded cabin items: Headrest covers, napkins, menu cards, amenity kits and welcome cards printed with your corporate logo, event branding or campaign messaging, coordinated with the operator and produced in advance of your flight.

  • Digital content and screens: Where the aircraft is equipped with cabin screens or entertainment systems, broker partners arrange custom content including welcome videos, event schedules, brand presentations or destination briefings loaded before departure.

  • Cabin signage and displays: Printed cabin signage, seat assignment cards, branded welcome displays and event-themed visual elements can be installed in the cabin where the operator and aircraft type allow, with designs approved before production.

Onboard service customization and crew briefing.

Beyond physical cabin elements, the onboard service experience can be tailored to match the tone of your trip. Catering menus, beverage selections, service timing and crew interaction style can all be adapted based on your preferences and the nature of the mission. Our broker partners communicate your service expectations to the operator and cabin crew in advance, providing briefing notes on passenger preferences, event context and any specific protocols to follow during the flight, subject to the operator's standard service procedures and the crew's own training and capabilities.

  • Catering customization: Specify menu themes, dietary requirements, beverage selections and presentation standards for your flight, coordinated by broker partners with the operator's catering provider at the departure airport.

  • Service timing and style: Communicate preferences on meal timing, cabin lighting, noise levels and the degree of crew interaction during the flight, so the service rhythm matches your group's expectations and mission profile.

  • Crew briefing: Broker partners provide the cabin crew with advance briefing notes covering passenger names, event context, VIP protocols and any specific requests, so the crew is prepared and aligned with your expectations before boarding.

Lead times, production logistics and operator coordination.

Cabin customization requires advance planning. Simple branded items like napkins or headrest covers typically need one to two weeks of production lead time, while more complex elements such as cabin wraps, custom digital content or custom amenity kits may require four weeks or more. Our broker partners manage the production timeline and coordinate delivery to the operator or FBO before departure, confirming that everything is installed and approved before passengers board, subject to operator policies and supplier capacity.

  • Production lead times: Broker partners advise on the lead time required for each customization element, from one to two weeks for printed items to four or more weeks for custom products, and build the production schedule into your overall flight planning.

  • Supplier coordination: Broker partners manage relationships with print suppliers, catering providers and branding production companies, consolidating orders and delivery logistics so all materials arrive at the right location before departure.

  • Operator approval process: All cabin modifications and branded installations require operator approval before execution. Broker partners submit materials and specifications for review and confirm that each element is cleared for installation on the specific aircraft assigned to your flight.
